Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an off-site follow-up survey completed on September 8, 2023, Angels On Call, was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of an on-site complaint investigation survey completed on June 14, 2023.
